This is an extensive survey for research purposes. All survey information herein is submitted annonymously and therefore there is no need to enter in any unique identifying answers. This is a volunteer survey by a self-identified population, as this population is under-reported and it is difficult to gather a large enough sampling. Results will be a living document and the most current data can be downloaded in spreadsheet form to any interested researchers.
